L. S. SHIKHOBALOV (). "A RADIANT MODEL OF AN ELECTRON". An electron is modelled as such a geometrical object in the Minkowski space, which has form of 4-dimensional ball and has specific structure. This object is unlimited and it joins an electric charge and charge's electromagnetic field. The model describes the electric and magnetic fields of an arbitrary moving charge. It describes the spin and the intrinsic magnetic moment of an electron as well and it gives the values of the fine structure constant and of the Lande-factor, which is equal to experimental ones with high precision.

G. P. AKSYONOV. "AN INTERDICT OF V. I. VERNADSKY AND DIFFERENT AGES OF SOLAR SYSTEM'S BODIES". According to Vernadsky all determinations of ages of rocks refer never to the age of our planet. Indeed we find only the frontier of last metamorphism taken place just with this rock. However geologists continue to use the notion “geological age“ as age of the planet. Where is start of a rock aging? Whether there is a rock of 0 years duration? Yes, it is the place on earth's surface, in the biosphere. The biosphere always is young. This surface may be named the actual surface. From here various chemical compositions set off in sediments and submerge then. In course of millions and milliards years this deposits stand metamorphic rocks or fuse and set out in the actual surface and include to the biosphere. The circle is full or almost full. Therefore the age of our planet is rock's ages starting in the biosphere. A geological history of the Earth equals biosphere's time. The biosphere was always. Vernadsky's great idea of connected geological and biospherical histories (geological eternity of the life) permits him to draw a conclusion that Earth is not an exclusion of a series of solar system's solid bodies. Each and all have or had in past a biosphere. Biospheres on solid planets break off different time and step by step their geological activity break off too. Therefore they have various ages. Some of planets as Earth, Io, Europe have a young surface, others as Triton were animated 1 milliard years ago. Tectonic activity of Moon break off about 3,5 milliard years ago. Each of 22 globose solid planets is unique. Therefore an age of solid planets is biological time.

An announcement of the future report "THE CODE AND SPACE-TIME CHIRALITY ARE BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATTER ORGANIZATION". P. N. BOLDIN ().

D. G. PAVLOV (). "FOUR-DIMENSIONAL TIME AS AN ALTERNATIVE OF THE MINKOWSKI SPACE-TIME". It turned out, that not only the Minkowskian space satisfies the axioms of Special Relativity Theory, but also one more four-dimensional space, the value of intervals in wich is assosiated not with quadratic but with four-linear polyforms of vector components. In given space the whole of nonisotropic directions are equivalent, and this feature allow us to name this space four-dimensional time. The existing essential difference between spacial and temporal components is explaned through the subjective position of observer and by way of proper time measuring from the moment of standard isotropic signal sending to the moment of its receiving. The subspace of simultaneous events in four-dimensional time is not hyperplane, but a third degree surface. And this is a basic difference between classical Minkowskian space and four-dimensional time. This circumstance lead up to some essential correction of physical and metaphysical views of nature. At the same time the perspective appears to describe not only the gravitational , but also some other interactions by meanse of pure geometrical conciderations in the frame of four dimencions. S. D. HAITUN (). "TIME AS LATENCY". Coming from the postulated fact of monotonous growth of entropy in the course of evolution of observed world some authors are identifying the time with entropy, and some are conjecturing a structure of the time, which they are trying to investigate. The application of the measurement theory provides the arguments against such identification and conjecturing. There are two types of variables which take place in the measurement theory – indicators and latencies. The latencies are the concept of the measurement subject about the measuring property. Time is exactly this kind of latency. In our monograph “The Problems of Quantitative Analysis of Science“ (M.: Nauka, 1989) the nature of latencies is studied in details. It is shown, that the scale of latency is postulated by subject, which intuitively always chooses it linear. Thus the scale of time is also at the power of subject and also is chosen as linear. So the scale of time is “primarily linear“. The question about linear scale of time is not the question about the nature of time, but, rather, about the nature of the measurement subject. The same thing happens with the structure of time – the measurement subject is free not to conjecture any structure of time, and so we do not have to conjecture it also – this is the requirement of the principle of the economy of thinking.

V. P. MAIKOV (). "ON A QUANTUM RELATIVISTIC PARADIGM". Last years in applied physics the new scientific direction was generated, which originally put the purpose to give discrete character to thermodynamic entropy. Today it is possible to assert, that the postulate introduction in phenomenological equilibrium thermodynamics of entropy quantum, equal Boltzmann constant, so considerably has changed thermodynamics, as the century ago introduction the energy quantum has transformed the classical mechanics. The development of the non-local version of thermodynamics (NVÒ) up to the quantum-relativity (post non-classical) status with the discrete space-time metric has required the certain updating and mutual co-ordination of fundamental sections of physics: classical thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, electrodynamics, theory of relativity, theory of physical vacuum and cosmology. One of fundamental conclusions of NVÒ is disclosing a nature of time. The time is the quantum-relativity phenomenon produced and synchronised by physical vacuum of the expanding universe. The time is irreversible, discrete, non-uniform, and hierarchical. The understanding of time as physical phenomenon has allowed to make a fundamental conclusion concerning an inaccuracy of a historical choice of Copenhagen, instead of Einstein variant of the quantum mechanics. The answer of the Nature to question - what is the quantum theory? - was not correctly understood by physicists in that time. The rejection of Einstein variant of the quantum mechanics was caused exclusively by ignorance of properties of a discrete nature of time in first half of last century, which supposes far-action, but not in classical, and in special, antitemporality, understanding of interaction. In result, the physics, unfortunately, continues to remain without "primitive", on Heisenberg expression, materialism, that is with the idealistic Copenhagen quantum mechanics. A. V. ANTIPIN (). "SPECIAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY AND GLOBAL NOW OF THE UNIVERSE". It is shown, that the consecutive application of the concept of world lines in the special theory of relativity, inevitably results in determinism of the World as a whole, i.e., in absence of Time, as the phenomenon. Within the framework of a formalism of the special theory of relativity, the decision returning TIME into the theory is the hypothesis about presence in the Minkowski space-time only one allocated hyperplane existing at each own moment T. This hyperplane also is the Universe at the moment of the own global present.

YU. V. NIKONOV (). "SELF-ORGANIZATION OF BIOLOGICAL TIME AT ALCOHOLIC DEPENDENCE". The interpretation of the published works of several authors is carried out. The formation of remissions at the alcoholic dependence is considered in the context of dynamics of cytobiophysical parameter of biological age (BA) (percent of mobile nuclei of crates (PMN) of buccal epithelium in an electrical field as self-organization of fractal biological time of the open biological ethanol-dependent system of the organism of a man in conditions of the deprivation of alcohol). With the consideration of the revealed laws the applicability for the description of the formation of remissions at the alcoholic dependence in a context of dynamics of PMN and of BA of the model of the limited growth of a population is carried out, with the consideration of appearance of fractal structures and the use of representation of biological time as complex numbers. Within the offered hypothesis the problem of the formation of the alcoholic dependence remissions is considered to be connected with the laws of the self-organization of the biological time of the organism of a man.
