P. V. SVIRIDOV. "THE CREATION OF SYSTEMS OF SOCIO-POLITICAL AND FINANCIAL FORECASTING ON THE BASIS OF NEUROCOMPUTING AND HANDLING OF THE TEMPORAL FACTORS". The rhythms ruled a world, that is why the usage of space and planets cycles allows to structure the process of operation of sophisticated socio-political, financial and economic systems, to define stages of crisis and harmonic development of such formations as state, government, batch, plant and to forecast on this basis probable models of their further development. Are the history, policy, business made by the people or through the people? How to improve reliability of a composite system? Whether probably reliable to describe the future rates of exchange indices and dynamic of system crises? The answer to these and other problems is given with the authoring conception, reinforced by powerful techniques of neurocomputing technologies and computering solutions.

"PSYCHOANATOMY OF TIME". A. P. KULAICHEV.

N. A. ZARENKOV. "TIME AND SEMIOTIC LIFE THEORY". The organisms, its flesh, are the signs of life. The life is the meaning of organisms-signs in context of biological species. As any spatial thing, the organismal flesh is number and its meaning is out of time. The time is extended in nature together with the meaning of words, describing the life of nature; the separate organism is participial to life of species. In turn, our recognition of potentially infinite existence of species ("geometrical progression") is ethical feeling contained in the triadic meaning of word. Therefore, the age of living nature doesn't exceed the age of human language. The biological bilingua is lingua of numbers (the spatial flesh, a sign) and lingua of words (the time, the life as meaning of signs). (Zarenkov N.A. Introduction to theory of biology. Yu. A. ERSHOV. "GLOBAL BIOLOGICAL TIME AND ITS PARAMETRISATION IN QUASY-CHEMICAL SPACE". The traditional model of a biological movement is a moving of a state vector in multidimensional space of substrates and species sets at different stages of development is considered. The astronomical hours are accepted as the universal time reference. The model is described in the terms of the quasy-chemical equations. Mathematical model of a movement is the differential kinetic equations. The last maps the appropriate quasy-chemical equations. The global biological time is represented as a mapping of astronomical time to biomass (the total species number) at various levels of biological structure. The kinetic coefficients of the movement equations act as parameters of biological time. Realization of the offered approach is two-stage model of a biological population. (Yu.A. A. D. ARMAND. "SCIENCE AND PHILOSOPHY ABOUT EVOLUTION AND INVOLUTION". The modern scientific knowledge having excellent achievements nevertheless leaves some fundamental questions of world outlook open. Between them: does it exist an aim of the World development; will it be the end of Cosmic evolution, what final state does it move to or maybe it is reversible and endless; what is the role of human civilization in that movement and is it some sense in the being of any individual person? The limited possibilities of scientific knowledge is being traditionally compensated by philosophical-religious conceptions, particulary by conceptions of the Ancient Orient. We propose to discuss the question of their possible contribution to cognition of the World at the report.

I. G. MALKINA-PYKH. "USING THE RESPONSE FUNCTIONS METHOD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BIOLOGICAL TIME SCALE". The general approach to the development of biological time scale is proposed in the process of mathematical modelling of biological and ecological systems dynamics. A basis for the given approach are the ideas about the leading role of environmental factors in the process of realization of the genetic program of ontogenesis. The method of response functions developed in details by the author is proposed as the basis for the development of biological time scale. The general theory of ontogenesis and its basic laws are applicable to a wide range of ecological and biological systems, thus the potentialities of the proposed approach are broad enough.

A. V. KOGANOV. "THE WORK WITH A CONTRADICTORY AXIOMATICS BY BRANCHY LOGIC BASIS". A contradiction of mathematical models in natural science and techniques begin often from a contradictory initial statements. On base of inductor space theory the spatial branchy mathematical logic is built, which consructs the tree of non-contradictory theories from contradictory axiomatics. It uses the automat-theoretic model of logic in branchy logic time. That makes possible not to repeat twice one contradiction. A originating disjoint theories require additional selection by empirical base. In conformity to the Art , that method makes possible to build alternative interpretation of works. The branchy logic may be considered as mathematical model of human thinking on initial stage of phenomenon study.
